REFUNDS

All sales are final. If you wish to cancel you reservation there is a 50% charge for cancellations made 30+ days prior to your check-in date. There are no refunds for reservations cancelled 30 days or less from your check-in date.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT

Check in time is 3:00 PM. At check in time you must provide your driver license and the credit card used to keep copies on file. As well; you must provide the names of all guests staying in the property.

Check out is at 11:00 AM.

SHORT TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT

• POOL HOURS: 9:30 A.M. to 10:00 PM. NO EXEMPTIONS
  
  
• No loud conversation or noise in the patio area after 10:30 P.M., if you need to continue talking or gathering must be indoors. NO EXEMPTIONS.
  
  PLEASE NOTE: You will receive a transaction receipt after you finish your reservation proccess on the website. Your reservation is not confirmed until you received a reservation confirmation email from us within 24 hours of your booking.
  
  
• I understand my responsibility as occupant and accept financial burden for any damages for the House or its surrounding property, caused by myself or any members of my party. I agree to pay for the total repair or replacement costs of the House and the surrounding areas in the event of damage or loss, caused by myself or any members of my party during our stay. Such damages and loss will be covered in writing and provided to you by the owner.
  
  
• ** Sorry but no pets and no smoking are permitted in the house**
  
  
• Maid service (an additional fee), linens and towels are provided.
  
  
• No parties allowed for groups over 6 persons without the prior consent of the owner.
  
  
• A $150 penalty will be charged for “Lost Keys”.
  
  
• The House has insurance in case of emergency; but you might still consider getting travel insurance. The owner of the house are not responsible for any accidents that happen in the pool or the house. If you carry expensive equipment, we recommend you get insurance.
  
  
• Rules and Regulations
  
  
  1. Pool hours: 9:30 A.M. - 10:00 P.M.
  2. No loud conversation or noise in the patio area after 10:00 P.M. If you have a need to continue talking or gathering must be indoors with doors close and windows close. Failure to comply with these rules you are in default of the rental contract and the owner can ask you and the rest of your family or group to leave the property immediately and all the monies and deposit retain by the owner.
  3. Overnight guest are not permitted unless the owner authorize them in writing in the contract.
  4. Patio doors most be close after each guest comes out to the patio, keeping doors open with the air conditioning on, can cause condensation on the vents and can create problems with the air conditioning.
  5. After using the Hot Tub please make sure to place the covers back on top.
  6. No towels or bathing suits allow to be dry on the chair or patio furniture or lawn. Both properties have washer and dryer, there are free to use.
  7. Please recycle, and place all the garbage on the big blue garbage bin.
  8. The person making this reservation must explain these rules and regulations to everybody in his/her group, and said person will be responsible for everybody to follow the rules and regulations.
